This app is not even worthy of 1 star, I downloaded the app not realising that they have changed the RAP recruitments and come to realise that I’m no longer eligible to book it. I have never been so upset and frustrated at this, the one thing in my life I was able to do and cope with better when going to theme parks has just been taken away from me all because of selfishness! What makes it even worse is that even if your old Nimbus card is in date, they will NOT be honouring it. Absolutely devastated, I feel sorry for other people that this had affected too.

It can be hard to get the app working if there’s no signal spots but in general the app works easy and quickly it’s a bit annoying it isn’t paper anymore as your phone battery dies much faster but not the end of the world what is annoying is they must of limited the capacity massively as I never had a problem booking my pass whenever I felt like vs now it is hell it’s almost impossible they never have any bookings really frustrating I do understand why they have gotten rid of it for some and why they have made it so you have to wait the time of the line at the end because at the end of the day the only way you should be able to completely skip the rides instantly is a fast track so it’s just keeping it fair for everyone and I think everyone should see that and be grateful

This is the buggiest app I’ve ever used. It looks like a poorly designed web app and when you try and change the month for booking it completely crashes and forces you to re open the app and close it again. There is no proper error codes, instead of saying that you’ve entered an incorrect nimbus number, it displays as something went wrong. Nothing really went wrong? Very confusing for users

The new Ride Access Pass app is not family-friendly and feels poorly designed for disabled families.In my case, both myself and my son meet the RAP criteria and have valid passes, but the app only allows one RAP account per phone. My son is underage and doesn’t have a phone, and there is no option to add him under my account or switch between accounts properly.This creates a real problem: how am I supposed to book RAP for my child if he is visiting with my husband, a carer, or another adult — and I’m not there? And vice versa.Disabled families often have more than one eligible person in the household, and the system doesn’t seem to have been designed with that reality in mind. The app has made booking more stressful, not easier.
