It’s more magic than the other place (I love the other place but we are a family where the kids are teens) anyways; it’s just such an amazing place with so much attention to detail. epic is epic - it’s astonishing how you feel like you are entering different lands.The regular parks are also out of this world.Tips. Bring water bottles - the water is free and you need to keep hydrated. The food isn’t a rip off.The lockers in volcano bay are a bit pricey so factor that in.Mostly though, just prepare to have the most amazing time and don’t force it - it’s hot, sticky and full of people but just take your time, relax and take in the ambience - it’s absolutely worth it.

Found app extremely helpful to keep up to date with que times and to help find our way around the parks don’t know what we could have done with out it. Can check que times so can plan around. Loved the park can’t wait until we have saved enough to go again as was the best holiday ever and well worth the money. Also can’t wait for the new Universal Epic park to open. Did Disney but will never bother with that again as Universal rules
Very glitchy when using internationally

Attempting to purchase Halloween Horror Nights tickets and packages, I live in the UK. Unfortunately the only way to buy frequent fear passes/ RIP tours etc is on the app. The app just doesn’t open most times and I’ve had a massive problem when trying to checkout, continuously getting error messages but the money was taken off my card. Had to ring Universal directly from the UK which has cost me quite a lot of money for the call. currently waiting for money problem to be sorted as the payment is still pending. Really not ideal! I wish you were able to purchase things off the website instead but they have really reduced what you can purchase. I may have to ring them directly again which is going to cost me even more mone!
Wait times/mobile food

The map is excellent for finding ways around the parks, searching for shows and filtering what type of rides you're looking for. Unfortunately, the wait times are not always accurate. Waited an extra 45minutes one ride and 20 minutes less for another( nice surprise) Ordering mobile food the app closed down few times. Order did go through but delay in email confirmation and showing up on the app. Set up notifications for when rides opened and these didn't come through. Used the app a lot during our week at Universal adding tickets and payment is easy to use and helpful.
This latest app update includes bug fixes and other enhancements so you can continue to amplify your experience at Universal Orlando Resort!
