We have used Commusoft for 8 years for our small company. We have 4 people using this at once throughout the day to keep our jobs running smoothly. The level of record keeping for the appliance information, meter location, parts fitted, photographs etc is really useful. The communications we can send to our customers via email or SMS from Commusoft is fantastic and always impresses our customers. It also integrates perfectly with Xero which is a must for us. The support ticket system is very good too and gives you confidence that any issues will be resolved.
We've squashed a few bugs.
