Needs some tender loving care
I love create and craft and feel so disappointed that despite many people saying the same thing, nothing appears to have been done. The most annoying thing is that it sometimes will not even load, when it does there is sound and no picture or sometimes pictures and no sound! However, when it does work it is very good! I do feel they are missing a trick here as the only dedicated craft channel I thought they would have been aiming for perfection - how many orders have they lost because people have given up?
Surprise refund.
I ordered a 50ft garden hose last week but when it arrived none of the adapters would get the hose onto the outside tap. No matter what combination of male and female parts that I tried it simply wouldn't come together, so when I reviewed it I only gave the product 2 stars. Because I slightly damaged one of the connectors I didn't bother to ask for a refund.
Today I received a call from Ideal Worlds customer service apologising for the experience I received, the guy instantly offered me a refund there and then. I was on the phone for less than 60 seconds and was left quite gobsmacked. There aren't that many companies that would do that these days, so hats off to you Ideal World for your good turn.
