Intercom Conversations 4+

Good app and keeps getting better ! There's one thing that would be really useful though, be able to snooze the notifications after a certain time - weekend/evening. I keep receiving notifications late at night when colleagues in the states carry on working .. very annoying ..

Previously we rated Intercom as five stars and the ‘backbone of our business’ but it’s rapidly gone downhill since. The product, service and attitude have declined beyond compare with where it was a few years ago and in tandem with this decline there have been two wholly unreasonable price shifts that have isolated large numbers of early customers, us included. They don’t seem to listen or care what you think of the product, only what you’re willing to pay and pushing you to your price tolerance is their strategy. When you call them out on it, despite having signed a fixed price contract, you get asked by the European Head of Sale if you expect to get things for free. This from the company who wanted to change his internet businesses communicate! Shambles run by spoofers.

Great to communicate to users on the go. There are sometimes new bugs when they have updates but the support is top notch.

The “People” menu could be improved - I don’t find it very intuitive. Also lacks many features found in the web version.

If you just want to chat to users this is a useful app.
