No multi log in!

What’s happened to be able to sign in with more than one company, the old version which I have been told constantly by Zendesk will stop working soon has allowed me to access the emails for both my companies quickly and simply, however I can’t load the app twice and can’t now have both companies on one app enabling me to swap easily between the 2, without having the fiasco of logging out and then logging back in as another user
Our tech guy persuaded us to move from openworld to Zendesk a year ago and I honestly believe it was the worst move ever!

No rich formatting controls

Went to reply to a ticket today to find that it’s impossible to view or compose tickets in rich formatting / HTML. Aside from that, the general quality of this app is way below what I expect from a paid subscription. Compare this with the likes of other apps from companies charging significantly less for their SaaS subscriptions, and there’s a gulf between them. Come on Zendesk, for the money we pay, I’m sure you can bring your mobile apps into 2020.
