It sometimes freezes but it’s super easy to use and you can sync it on multiple devices.

The app used to be great. It now freezes about once a day and definitely does not pick up all the traffic on the website.

Hi there, sorry to hear you're having issues with the app. The chat list not updating could be caused by a number of factors which we need more details to help investigate for you. One cause could be an issue with push notifications. Please can you email support@zendesk.com with you account and device details and we'll investigate as soon as we get it.

In the interim, I suggest resetting your push notifications registration by going to Settings > Notifications & Sounds and switching all notifications off and then back on.

As soon as we get your email we can investigate - thank you for your patience.

Great service app

My only criticism is limited notifications and repeat notifications for incoming chats mean they could be missed

Doesn’t always work

The chars used to open up, now the screen sticks on synchronising and doesn’t work. When it did work, the chat would load blank when converted to a ticket. We’ve since now abandoned the app and use the website only.
