Incredibly annoying app

Annoying and clunky: some times works, some times doesn’t. What is ridiculously frustrating is it telling you you can set your statements to paperless by simply clicking on the statement tab thing in the app. You can’t! Good luck trying to find the tab it shows on the guide, it’s not there. Strangely though I did manage to find the setting on the website version previously & selected to go paperless. Still receiving it monthly in the post though!

Lacks basic including purchase notification

Jaja’s credit card is as basic as they come with the benefit of no FX charges aboard and the only reason I’ve kept it. The App is one of the worst out there. No purchase notification, no authorised payments shown, so you’ll have to wait for days to see payments. App always ask for pin to log and rarely prompts for faceID. This fin tech company that doesn’t know what basic features they need to include. Hire new product managers.

Very Poor what's happend!

I was originally testing the Jaja app from January 2019 on testflight and the app was brilliant improved all the time, Instant notification for purchases, your balance updated instantly on purchases and when paying balance, I've now signed up again for the Jaja account with app store app and none of the things I mentioned are there ive made 2 purchases with card and my balance is still the same and the transactions have not appeared! I was unsure if one of the transactions had gone through as was online, very poor need to sort this.
