Jaja Credit Card 4+

I am so sorry that this card is ending - not sure if it IS finishing or whether I do not use it enough to be considered worthy as a customer. I use this card when overseas and I usually go several times a year - obviously the Covid restrictions have prevented me going so often recently .
If the reason it is that I do not use it enough then I could have rectified that - however , I have told I cannot use the card again after May 2023. So I have just paid off my balance.
The Ap is one of the best I have used , it is really user friendly. - so sorry to see you go .

Because you did not keep your app up to date I am in arrears paid £12 which I did not owe through my fault. It would be nice to have £12 back 😡

I regularly find this app doesn’t work which is a shame. Often I want to pay ahead of the date and often there’s ‘work’ being done on it which I suppose I should be grateful for but it’s frustrating when one wants to pay in order to keep one’s finances up to date. Sometimes I’ve found the ‘work’ has meant a payment hasn’t gone through in time and I’ve been charged and then had to spend time ringing, sorting it out.
Even more frustrating now, I have to pick a Nick name before I can submit this review, and the first 3 have been taken, time wasting rubbish.
They do not want a critical review!!!
