Bank of Ireland UK Credit Card 4+

Tried several times over 6 months to register. Keeps informing me my details are incorrect. I finally got it sorted, then, it refused again to acknowledge my details.
Bank of Ireland has no customer care, they sold off to an inferior company. They should remove the Bank of Ireland name from the credit card. Between selling the credit card business and closing branches, it would appear that. Of I has no interest in customer care or service.

I have been a customer of BOI for over 15 years, I am going to change banks next week and finally will be glad to see the back of them as they as falling behind with their technology and are generally a pain in my a**. Credit card app does not work despite repeated attempts, even the standard app is dated. Transactions take longer than other banks. Also about 5 years ago I spent £30 online and never received the product as the company I purchased from went bust- this was all over the internet at the time so I submitted a charge back form. They could not even provide a chargeback of just £30 for a loyal customer despite providing all of the required evidence and sending via post as required- (like is this 1980?). See you later BOI, you have been absolutely horrendous!

As with most banking apps it seems wise to log out before closing the app. Here, there is indeed a sign out option, and it directs to a page asking for the pin - but once put in it brings me back to my home balance page. This could do with being sorted.
