JUST JOT WORKING AT ALL!
This app hasn’t worked at all since Sept 23, needs updating or new version release. Nice idea of the points & loyalty vouchers, but only if it actually works. I use Jolleys as I like to shop with local business, but as this loyalty app scheme doesnt work, I could buy my dog food cheaper online & use an online loyalty scheme.
Still can’t access
Wish I could give no stars. Like previous reviewer, tried to access & was referred to temp password in email. Not there. Second try- my email was “not an entity” (what??). Deleted app & tried again. Asked twice for reset password to be sent, still waiting for email after half an hour. Shame app not up to quality of staff in store (though the assistant did warn us it wasn’t good). Development team obviously don’t read reviews. Haven’t tried website yet, taken up too much time on app! Good luck to anyone else trying
Average App - SIGNIFICANT room for improvement!
It an ‘ok’ app - it shows you everything you need to know. Also shows you what you purchased in the shop which is pretty cool. However it is really basic and has significant room for improvement. Considering the last review back in January stated the app didn’t even work - they’ve clearly come along way! So credit due. However they could definitely go a little further! Face ID works a treat too - so thanks!
