- Set-up ‘Usage’ alerts to help avoid any shocks or surprises at bill time
- Apply value added services in real time, including roaming bolt-ons and extended data allowances for mobile and broadband
- View billing history to keep track of personal trends
- JT Network Speed Test feature - enables customer controlled manual and background speed testing of JTs Fixed and Mobile networks. To monitor JT's network quality we will request to using your device

This app is awful
I was directed to the app to better manage my account. Not only does it not give me up to date information about my account, but simple things like adding bolt-ons do not work. UI is poor and I would really expect something far far better, or at least something that actually functions, particularly given the premium JT customers pay for the privilege of being on the network. Devs need to sort this out.
Parental controls needs some work
Most of the features of the app work ok for me. I do feel however, that the parental control could be improved - especially with trying to identify devices you want to set time limits on. Sometimes they appear as IP addresses and other times with random names. It kind of makes it a hassle to use, when it could be so good!
Beyond awful
I was told to download this to manually monitor usage as JT is unable to notify when a data plan has been used up (unacceptable btw!) However the app just crashes immediately when you try to see usage. Please put some resources into development and testing or withdraw this unmaintained app.
