It works. But it’s frustrating.

As others have said about this app. At the core, it works. But, firstly, it seems like when I do come to use the app, if it’s been updated (which is more often than the amount of problems would suggest) it’ll have logged me out. Forcing me to try and remember my password, while stood at the front of a queue of (normally about 30) people.

And another kick in the proverbials is that it’s lost Apple wallet compatibility. Slowing the whole experience down yet again.

I’m all into the whole Apple ecosystem and everything being integrated. And this app really feels like it’s making a sulky little stand against being useable. Almost as if you don’t want us to use it.

App is great

I’ve been using this app many years now, I do have automatic updates than I don’t bother to update it when I’m in the queue. I use a lot for click and collect, I order before I reach the branch I’m around, now apple pay is working fine ( before I had to put my card details for every order ), in 2 minutes I can order and it’s great. I usually use their offers which are great plus points for every order. I never stay on queue to order, I have to wait to collect it what usually takes it around 5-6 minutes. Before I pop in, I checked in on app and they start already my order. I only wish they have a order history in app as if I go out from the order I can’t find my order no anymore, except if they send to me email, but I haven’t received email for every order, than now I always make a print screen of order no. It will be useful if they’ll ad a order history with the codes to pick up your order.
Or if you forget something and you want to add another order, you have to print screen first order no, go out and place another order, but previous order you can’t check in anymore or check the order no. I’ve learned from my mistakes, but it will be great if can you add a order history. Rest, it’s a great app

Just go to your local restaurant if law permits

This is a frustrating app to work with. The developers may be thinking that they are testing the intelligence and tech savvy ness but this app will zap the willingness to live your life. I installed this app, paid for food and turned up at my local KFC where I am supposed to go, the people in the local restaurant are as clueless as my 6 year old daughter. They say they don’t see any order and I claim I have paid for it. I even showed my bank’s message which clearly showed £8 taken from my account. Apparently, and as the guy said I should have received a mail, there is nothing in the app itself that can indicate that they took my money already! I did not know what to do for a while and restarted the app several times, eventually a small font message appeared at the top to check in. Hallelujah!! I collected the food and came out of KFC, immediately uninstalled the app. Just go to your local restaurant if law permits don’t bother with this app.
