Poor product Launch
Service centres have had no training, there are also no KwikFit club staff working in the call centre at weekends for support. Avoid until they decide to back their own product and fully launch it.
Also customer care blame everyone but themselves for the above issues.
Terrible system
There backend system is awful!
Trying to get a quote online and then when booking an appointment for a free Tyre inspection you receive a error.
Tried the app and says I have a active subscription which I don’t…and it says to “call us for help” which they didn’t help in any way and that My reg isn’t showing up on their system.
Awful system and I’m not surprised
