Great app but still has some issues

We use this app regularly to help support our son and have found it invaluable. Unfortunately, it still has some issues which have caused us to mistrust the data e.g. not showing latest data from time to time, graph not updating even though the new data point has been received.
On the whole, the app has been a really helpful tool but it would be great to get these niggles sorted so that we can put more trust in the information without having to follow up with my son. (The data on his phone is obviously ok so this doesn’t affect his decision making. He does need to restart the app on his phone sometimes before the data will be uploaded though)

Great app for helping manage sons Diabetes

We’ve had this app to help us monitor my sons readings from his Libre. It’s been fantastic while he’s been at school to enable us to keep an eye on. I’m less concerned about the graphs that others are requesting as his Libre App gives us that.

With the new Libre 2 it automatically pings us a notification if he’s high or low, which is fantastic. The one thing the developers could do to help us have the first decent nights sleep in months and give us the option to make those notifications or alerts LOUD so they wake us up. Currently we set alarms 2/3 times during the night. The Libre alarms aren’t loud enough to wake up my son.

I know the amazing developers read these comments and I really hope something is in the pipeline soon! Love you guys :)

Great App, but …

The data lag has already been reported and I experience exactly the same issue. Sometimes data is updated immediately, but sometimes the current reading will not be reflected in the App until much later. The missing final part of the graph seems to be a feature!
My bigger issue is that with notifications set, a low/high glucose reading sounds 3 dings five times. It is hard to open the phone quickly and cancel the noise quickly, particularly during the night. Please include a setting to reduce the number of groups of three rings to a number which the user actually needs! I for one couldn’t sleep past a single burst.
