Marshall are the world leaders in amp and speakers. Why do you think that legend rock groups have been around so long and now you find new groups of the modern generation using them? Simply because they are the best and give you the true feeling of sound. That’s why I use Marshall minor iii and Marshall major iv. Because the sound is like having micro amps in or on your ears. The sound is so crisp and true as is the balance of the bass. Go out and buy some don’t get ripped off by apple pods. Cost a fortune just for you to match your phone. The cost 15$ to make and charge you 250$ + for the apple crap. Buy Marshall and feel a million $. Sound and music is the way of life.
Bluetooth and App does not work
I have been trying to get this App working for 5 hours now and still no luck! I have just brought a speaker and can’t even connect it to Bluetooth and the App simply doesn’t work whatsoever. Very disappointed as I have now wasted £200 on a piece of technology which does not even work and I can not use. It took my 30 minutes to download to hopeless App in order to set up the speaker, then once it’s downloaded it says ‘add new device’ and then it comes up with a page which says ‘there is a firmware updated available’ what does this even mean? It gives you no other option but to click a ‘done’ button and says above it that the download will take up to 10 minutes and here we are 3 hours later… still not downloaded even when my phone has been next to the device for 3 hours. I cannot you or connect the device at all. Avoid Marshall

Hello, we're happy to let you know that this issue has been resolved. Please update to app version 2.0.7 and then start a new setup with your speaker. Don't hesitate to let us know if there are any further issues.
Don’t know why people are complaining?
Set up in a few minutes, connected straight away after reading the instructions. The quick start instructions says to download the app, connect and follow the instructions on the app. If you follow the prompts it misses a step out, you have to hold down the Bluetooth button on the speaker to pair with your phone. Otherwise it’s says connected on your phone but it’s not. Only have to do it the first time, like most Bluetooth speakers. Nothing wrong with this app 👍🏻
