Why isn’t there a toggle button at the top of the touch settings that turns all touch controls on/off? It’s a pain to have to turn them all off individually each time when you could have one master control that makes them all the same and then you can adjust the one or two you want to be different. Also it’s quite bad not being able to view the app unless you have the headphones out.
Also, find my headphones doesn’t work. If never picks up the most recent location. It hasn’t picked up mine for at least three weeks and this is normal.

I have just downloaded v1.1.3 of your App to replace version 0.9.2 but when I open the App it still shows the version number as 0.9.2 and my firmware version as 1.1.8 as opposed to v1.2.3 something is not right here as this exact same issue is showing up on my iPhone 12 too. If I go to Settings - General - iPad/iPhone Storage both devices show the old version number (v0.9.2).

Hi, I contacted your support team last night and I was asked to delete the App then to download it again to see if I could then update my firmware. I am pleased to inform you that this was successful and that my firmware is now updated to v1.2.3

Sonically - The original Melomania 1 and now the Touch are the envy of the world industry in the sub$500 wireless IEM market.

I have 20 odd other IEM and cans to compare with.

The app is a massive need to have and your execution is rather good. The codec swapping and low power options are unique, I think. The EQ settings are also great. The transparency option is intuitive and suspect it will be equivalent to class leading only with better tips. I am testing.

But the connectivity drop outs COULD kill your brand in this space. I’ve tested the Touch IEM with Iphone 12 pro max on 14.3 and the bluetooth drop outs are bad. I also tested with Galaxy Fold on Andoid 10 using AptX - that seemed to be stable.

I look forward to firmware updates to improve connection stability.
