Ratings and Reviews
Atrocious App
Have used EV Power charging stations twice. Both times I eventually got it charging but after at least 10 minutes of following the process exactly as described on the charger only to receive error messages and start again. Compared with a service like IONITY EV Power have a long way to go.
Unable to connect to EV charger
I have used the charger before with no problems but last two times I have used it, it had connection problems and as soon as you try to connect you charge £40 and I end up driving away from the EV charger as the app says failed please try again but the EV charger assumes it has connected and I am unable to take out the charge lead from my vehicle to try again so I have to press emergency reset
I am reluctant to use your MFG charge points again until it becomes more reliable
Decent
I only use basic but works fine. However, on the station finder the stations get grouped too quickly ( into a blob with numbers). Route finder doesn't work but that seems to be universal problem
