Miindset learns more about you and what you need the more you use it thanks to the AI engine and our clinical psychology research.
Don’t worry Miindset is also completely anonymous and nothing can get onto our platform without being checked and approved by a mental health trained member of the team. Cannot use app at all
Keeps telling me to add a secondary email as soon as I made the account but I cannot receive the verification code. I’ve tried 2 separate addresses from 2 providers over the course of the evening with no luck. So basically I’m locked out of the app. I’ve already signed up for the Unidays free trial and can’t even access to cancel the automatic monthly payments. Scammy behaviour tbh… UPDATE: Finally resolved on my own after over a month of trying, but took way too long and no customer service, which is poor when you’re charging monthly for this.

Hi there, I’ve signed up to this app via UNiDAYS, but every time I try to use it, the signup form and bank details form just keep loading over and over again, so I can’t actually access the app content! But I believe that I’m signed onto a free trial and will be charged from next month! I’ve tried to contact you via email and my phone to cancel my subscription as you recommend on your website; however, each time I email you, I get a response saying that the email address doesn’t exist or isn’t accessible so I have no idea if that message even reached you. The phone also just rings and rings every time I call (for 5 minutes and more, even beyond 10 minutes) and there is no answer machine or any recorded message to show that this phone number is even yours! I’m now writing this review out of desperation trying to contact you because all of the methods that you’ve given are not working. This is seriously inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour and I’m very concerned about being charged now. I really don’t want to have to pay for an app that I can’t even use! PLEASE respond to me and give me another way to contact you directly so I can cancel my subscription!
