This is making me feel a lot better! It feels good to get it off my chest and you don’t have to tell anyone or worry about them finding it in a journal! I have really enjoyed it so far it lets you keep your diary private or you can share it with other MindShift users! And even better it is free!! I highly recommend this app!

Update is not good

it was great and really helped me but since the update i really don’t like it, it’s not as easy to access things and i can’t see where everything is at once.

and i liked being able to see all the Thinking Right cards at once not just one at a time !

Really gone off the app since this update. Please change it back ! Or at least make someone changes to revert back to the original. 😞

This app has really helped me with my anxiety. It tell you tips, let’s you set goals for yourself, explains to you what anxiety is, explains to you why you may be feeling this way and also helps you with your lifestyles and it’s all free! i am getting the best experience out of this and haven’t even paid a penny!
