Charging 5 climate 0

Charging and viewing on the app is great showing what percentage and how long left, as long as you remember to pull down in the app to refresh.
I have contacted my dealer who informs me that there is an issue with the software which prevents the climate control from the app to work, they will need the vehicle for about 1hr to update the software on the vehicle. This function is brilliant and during the winter months gets used a lot and saves battery pre heating the vehicle. On our second Zoe and love it to bits what a fun car to drive !!!! Which is why I gave it 4 stars

Error message

First review, three months ago: I get a banner_title_oups error when I try to run this on the current iPhone SE running IOS14.5. Second review, today: I still get a banner_title_oups error when I try to run this app on my 128 GB iPhone SE 2020 running IOS 14.7, running two SIMs. And, before you add the standard response that I should call your developers… No! I will not. They have the information above that they need to try to test the condition. Just spend some time testing against your interface spec. Did you verify and validate this software? Do you do any post-release surveillance? Or are you still trying to claw your way up to CMM Level 1? Third review: Yet another software fail by Renault. iPhone SE running IOS 14.8 and the latest build of the Renault Software (I saw that it had been updated six days ago so I deleted and re-downloded the Renault app) - still banner_title_oups. ‘Oups’ indeed.

Fourth review: has anyone else noticed Renault has the same answer for almost every review? Their software is so bad they’ve built a bot to answer the bad reviews!

This is a very poorly maintained app. I have a new Zoe and over 6 weeks it show me the distance in miles and within hours kilometers…it changes when it feel like it. I have no control overs its change pattern. Now when charging it shows the mileage as 142 or 152 etc when which when I saw the reading I was disappointed at the range as the car is kept in a garage with central heating. When I checked the mileage in the car it was 222 miles a real difference from the app. What a crazy app and whoever is running the application needs to be sent on an IT course. I no longer use the app. When I write to Renault they replied in English asking me to adjust my range in the car from Kms to Miles …..which it was. What a waste of my time. After 24 hours I received several emails asking me in Dutch how was there response etc. I deleted and got on with my day.
