Amazing product and super easy to set up
Delivery was awful but that wasn’t down to nebula , the first capsule max was lost in transit with UPS so nebula then used EVRI , who were equally awful and left the product outside to then be stolen
I would like to get a better explanation on how to use the app
In the beginning, it was not connecting properly, so I got very stressed, but then it connected when I open the nebula application, so perhaps mentioning that you need to open the nebula application on the device before trying to connect on your phone would be extremely useful
Don’t waste your money
Unfortunately, my experience with Nebula products has been rather disappointing. The automatic screen connection is very poor, and although it may be placed on a stable surface; it displays tilted images constantly. Connecting to apple products is a nightmare, first and last nebula product. I only give it 2 stars because of its convenience if it were to work properly.
