Priority uses the following information so we can help you get the most out of the app.
• Your contact details - once you've signed in and accepted our terms, you'll receive Priority texts and emails. You can switch these off in your Priority app settings
• Your location - this information means we can show you nearby perks. You can switch off Priority's location-use in your device settings and you can switch off location-based text and email notifications in the Priority app.
• Your mobile number - we use this to link your mobile account to Priority, and in case we need to contact you regarding a prize draw you entered.

This app is one of my absolute favourites! It has so many different offers it’s hard to choose from. Since the lockdown i have been claiming more things and have been really impressed that O2 have managed to keep the variety despite the current situation. Im a big fan of make up and hair products and it’s been great to see so many offers in that department and the price reduction are absolutely AMAZING! I just got my hands on a fantastic lipstick bundle - six lipsticks for only £25!!!
Because of Priority (and, of course, the lockdown) I have also started practicing yoga, which is something I’ve always wanted to do but never really found the time. However, with the MoveGB offer it was impossible to resist.
I am, of course, a HUGE fan of the early access concert tickets as well and had a couple of shows lined up. They ended up being cancelled and O2 kept me updated on new dates and stuff. It’s also great to see some new tickets being advertised as well! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice little rewards app in their pocket!
Exciting and one of a kind mobile app
I have been through quite a few phone networks but most of whom haven't offered me anything this exciting! I find the o2 Priority App to be easy to use, full of amazing discounts and prices and a great way to find out about awesome things that are going on in your area, nationwide and abroad. You might discover something you may have not known about or could now afford something you've always wanted with this app.
Although I have only just joined O2 I am extremely pleased with their brilliant 5 star quality services and mobile coverage.
This morning, I received a text from o2 saying I have £4.50 of rewards to claim. I tap the website link in the text and the app opens instead of the website I clicked, which I hate. Nowhere in the app can I find my £4.50 - it just says you have no rewards available. I try holding on the address in the text and saying open in browser, but the app still hijacks the link. I try copying the address and physically pasting it into Safari, which takes me to the rewards website. I log in and am instantly hijacked by the app again which says no rewards available. The only way I could claim my £4.50 was to delete the app so that there was nothing to hijack the link, and sure enough on the actual website it said I had £4.50 to claim. So if your app isn't in sync with the website, what's the point. I won't be reinstalling.
