Description
What’s the My Network app for? You can use My Network to:
• See our 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G coverage. Simply tap the buttons below the map to switch between them.
• Check the network status in your location, by tapping the ‘Check’ button on the map.
• Receive news of any faults or maintenance in your area, by registering for ‘Keep Me Posted’ updates.
• Report a problem, if it's not something we're already displaying in the app.
• Perform speed tests, web tests and video tests.

Connection problems
For whatever reason when I use the app and move around and zoom in and out to go to specific places the app will randomly say "You don't have network connectivity". I know I have an internet connection because I use it every day. It's this one app that constantly errors out and says I don't have an internet connection. That's enough of a problem in itself. When the screen pops up, I click on "Check for connectivity". But I have to click on it 8 times for the map to even load again. Then once I think it's all fixed and over, the same thing happens again.
Please get this fixed because I find this app useful while I'm out and about or planning trips. This error happens across multiple devices.
Poor usage
Use to report network problems.
Except all that it does is file a report for a customer advisor to look up an outage map and tell you there isn’t a problem. What’s the point of filing a report if they don’t use them to direct the engineers to fix the problems. Fed up getting responses back saying they can’t see any faults on the network outage map; I can look up the network outage map myself!
Where has the Show Mast Sites feature gone O2??!!
Hi O2, can you please add a feature to the Show Mast Sites Feature where it will show both normal masts as well as femtocell’s, micro-cell’s and picocell’s on the map as well please. Can you also fix an issue where after Checking the Status of the network in 4-5 places it gives you the message “Sorry we could not find the status” please.
