LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort 4+

Really nice park my kids loved it! We spent two days unfortunately the weather was not very nice but still it worth visiting it. I definitely recommend to get a reserve and ride ticket so that cuts the queuing to significantly less time especially orally if you have impatient toddler with you! I also recommend to bring a picnic as there aren’t much places to eat , also the food que can be significant waiting time. The park is spread onto a very big land therefore 2 days recommended if you want to see most of the park and experience the rides.

Went during term time, queues for rides reasonable however it was rather frustrating that 3 different rides we wanted to go on had technical issues resulting in a lot of wasted time when queueing 20+ minutes for them or being turned away. Found it overpriced for the unlimited drinks container (£15 or reduced if buying multiple) and half of the refill stations was out of order/very limited options which was disappointing but I would say it was still worth getting especially with hot weather! Bought a picnic which was definitely the right choice after seeing long queues for the restaurants and there is some nice little spots to sit and eat. Apart from this we had a good day, the staff was pleasant and we were impressed with what we could do around the park, look forward to coming back again!

Just back from a good 2 night stay at Legoland. Overall we’ve had a great time, but a few things have been frustrating. One is this app!!

It’s ok, but we weren’t handed or offered any physical info (map / leaflets) - I’m totally on board with this for environmental reasons, but the app didn’t provide anywhere near enough detailed info to compensate.

It’s very difficult to navigate the park, there’s icons all over the map and no clear breakdown of the areas or rides.

I entered my little one’s ages & heights and was given completely incorrect info for ride eligibility.

Queue times weren’t accurate.

No aftercare info about the photo Digipass that gets pedalled hard - once you’ve paid it’s quite fiddly to work out what to do next / how to get it activated / how to view your photos.

No timings for restaurants, so many people we saw were caught out when lots closed at 3pm.

And the vast majority of info gets redirected to the website, so all in all the app could do with a huge overhaul in my opinion!!!

This said, being able to plan our days / rearrange the order we wanted to do things and quickly pull up a route to where we were going was GOOD! Also the 3 year old loved ticking everything off once we’d done a ride.
