Efficient easy service
During these unprecedented times, I have unfortunately had to alter/cancel bookings and reschedule, which usually would be very complicated, especially in relation to my specific circumstances. However, the customer service team have been so helpful during the whole process and even though I was not able to get my flight money back from EasyJet (which was out of OTB control) the rest of the process has been so easy and efficient.
I would recommend On The Beach to anybody who is booking a trip and has given me great security about booking in the future, as I have traditionally used high street travel agencies previously and I would always go to On The Beach in the future.
Special shout out to Gary, Jodie and Jacquie in customer services for there consistent, helpful attitude throughout the process.
Totally let down
My partner and myself were due to fly out on our holiday today. Like a lot of people,we were in limbo about holidays going ahead and like a lot of people,we were waiting to here what onthebeach were going to say!
I have been shielding since the beginning because I was and still am ‘vulnerable’ so as soon we heard news about our holiday,I tried to call but could only email and promptly did,explaining my predicament. I explained why and said I would like to reschedule our holiday until next year. I wasn’t after a refund,I just wanted to rebook for next year instead! There was no communication from onthebeach at all,even after more emails were sent but they took the outstanding money owed towards the holiday without notifying or contacting me. Another email was sent to onthebeach and I finally got a response 6 hours after my flight had taken off today?
Onthebeach said they can not help in this matter and signed off with’have a nice day’... I have lost over £1600! They have taken all the money and that’s the best they can do but if that’s the best they can do,God help anyone else having problems with onthebeach.
Totally disgusted and disappointed with the lack of help and consideration from onthebeach especially in these difficult and trying times,thinking anyone can afford to lose a sum of money,as large as this,when very few are able to work. I would advise anyone booking a holiday to book elsewhere.

Brilliant company, I just wish you could search by hotel/dates on the app
Great company, great payment options, very responsive I’ve never had any trouble with them. Brilliant communications, as soon as there was an issue, they resolved it with me and even paid for the extra nights stay (as the flight has changed). I’ve travelled with them 4 times and each time it’s been uncomplicated fun from their end. I just wish you could search by hotel then the date as sometimes I’m very set in my search! It just takes a little time. Good job 😄
