Description
Parent Hub helps to keep you up to date with all the great things your children are doing at school. Add a school or subscribe to class channels for quick updates, pictures, letters and more.
All you need is a school handle from your child's school or a channel code from one of their teachers.
It's not a problem if your child's school isn't using Parent Hub yet as it's free for them too. Just send them a link to our website and they can sign themselves up in no time at all.

Crashes all the time
Really frustrating app. Some features are great, user friendly and simple but the number of times I have had to reinstall as it’s frozen is infuriating. It is also impossible to access once an update is posted I presume to be due to high traffic of people trying to access. Please sort this out as have been using for 18m and consistent problems.

Parent user & school user
Absolutely love it. Much better than a lot of the communication apps out there. I use this as a parent and have never had an issues. I also work in a school and have no complaints, user friendly on both ends. If I am ever in a pickle the customer service is always 10 10!

Updated version works well
Now the updates have been made the app works well, notifications alert you and the app opens as it should, a must app if your school uses Parent Hub, a fast an easy way to keep updated and easy to go back to the information rather than having the paper letters from school that go missing

We know there were some technical issues with the roll-out of our new app over the summer, which meant the process wasn't as smooth for you as it should have been. We're sorry about this, and have updated our release management processes to ensure it doesn't happen again.
I'm pleased to say the issues have since been resolved, and so you shouldn't encounter any problems with more recent versions of the app. As of today (29/11/18), the latest version is 3.2.1.
