As a business owner the app is handy for data and business info to see what’s going on, but it lacks some key things I want to know such as today’s order total plus delivery charge and the option to mark as delivered or on its way- it is unsupportive for managing deliveries at all. I’ve had to delete the app twice and reload it as the menu disappears. It’s also ridiculous trying to update the menu, and the staff who process this just say “it’s unclear” regardless of what you say or how you say it, even simple price changes. The amount of commission you take from small businesses, please develop an app that supports those running the business and also supports deliveries.

Due to the lack of support from the team behind the app it makes you wonder if their is any point to it. There is no autonomy whatsoever. Every tiny thing you need to do to your restaurant needs a support ticket request. Most of the time they will say they can’t do what you are asking because its not in their departments remit. That I understand but pass the ticket on to the department that can help, don't just leave the client in limbo.

This app is nothing but guessing games and if thats what i was looking for i would have gone to the apple arcade.

Just-eat, please cut back on the excessive marketing budget and begin to focus on making your user experience somewhat tolerable.

They give you a “manager” who’s meant to help change things on the app but don’t answer the phone Cah they probally worrying about all big restaurants like mcd’s n what not most useless long service I’ve ever used the staff here are useless they get you on here they basically leave you to it I tried to ask the terrible area manager 3 times to change my food hygiene rating which is a 5 from awaiting inspection and they have ignored me each time, only reason I’m on here now is for the 30% off drinks and 7% cash back each 3 months aside from that unless you get on here for free I wouldn’t pay for it at all🚗🤣
