Easy To use
I found this site to sell my litters of puppies very easy to use. I have listed the puppies on other sites which I found hard to get my head around.
Useless!
The customer service is none existent. Happy to immediately take your money for boosting adverts but never reply to queries and takes ages to get adverts live even when you’ve only edited the price to reduce them. Need some work all round.
**In answer to their response they know it wasn’t an unmonitored account as by HUGE coincidence the same time they responded to this review they also managed to respond to my message!!!! **

We are sorry you were disappointed with our approval process. Unfortunately we can't find any support queries regarding this matter in our support inbox. If you responded to one of our automated emails, your inquiry fell on deaf ears. Please get in touch with us directly at support@petify.uk as soon as you can so we can take a closer look at this.
Let us take this opportunity to explain our approval process: We make it clear that once you place your ad, it may take up to 24 hours for it to be approved. While this may appear to be a lengthy time, most adverts are accepted within an hour during UK business hours. Weekends and holidays may take longer, but we never exceed the 24-hour mark.
As simple as a price change may seem - all adverts are subjected to a comprehensive human review to guarantee that only the highest quality of adverts are presented on our app. Once your ad is awaiting approval for any changes, your original ad stays online and boosts continue to work without interruption. Once accepted, changes are applied on top of your original advertisement.
The welfare of animals is our top priority. We work hard to keep improving our review process to ensure trust & safety for our animals and community. Thank you - Team Petify.
