Can’t edit Contacts. Mobile rings sometimes but not always when someone’s calling landline but then you can’t answer on mobile. You log in and all you get is a message about Trusted contacts. Settings just tells you the app version details. You also can’t actually delete the app in order to re-download it to try & solve these issues - it just sits in the cloud. It’s the most frustrating app I’ve ever come across!

Ok, I can’t seem to find a way to update my contacts. Then contacts on the phone sold to me by Phonely are not on my mobile app and vice versa. Then those on my mums phone are not on my phone. There doesn’t seem to be any connection or way to delete numbers from the app. Who designed this?

Unfortunately it doesn’t deliver what I expected-lacks basic features and is flakey in use. I regarded it as an optional extra to the main landline service this company provides and have opted not to use it until it is considerably better.

I am puzzled about this app, what does it do! Nothing and how could the developer or the operator/service provider survive with such almost zero service quality.
