The application gives control of any room, whether it be lighting or curtain/blind control. Access to all available rooms, scenes and channels, all of which can be named for easy identification.
The App can be used with existing wireless systems, the new wired network or combined systems. No configuration by the user is required, all information is stored within the Rako ethernet bridge
To allow the iPhone to communicate with the network a Rako APR-Bridge (for use with wireless-only systems) or WRE-Bridge (for wired or hybrid wireless systems) needs to be installed along with a wireless router for the Wi-Fi link with the iPhone™. The Bridge needs to be uploaded with the RASOFT programming file of the project. The file can either be an existing project file, if available, or created using the Rasoft programming software (included) which requires a PC running Windows XP or Vista.
We update the Rako app to make it faster and more reliable for you.

A simple interface and easy to use once you get the hand of it. Some room for improvements and would like to suggest a feature.
Nice to have an indication which room lights are on/off in your favourites list.
For example I would like see some grey out icons indicating these rooms are off.
Apple Watch app not great, iOS software functional
Phone and iPad app are ok if a little basic in appearance and functionality (tho “event” side of things is great - highly customisable ). Apple Watch app...80% of the time it will just say “Loading Pls Wait” indefinitely (and thats on Apple Watch 5 series, so not a hardware issue). For the cost of the Rako hardware, their software could at least be dependable on all devices. I hope they drastically improve that side of things given my outlay.
Lovely app but with 3.5.1 update the screen has shrunk and I’m struggling to see it, on my iPhone XS Max, without my glasses which wasn’t the case before.
I hope this changes soon.
