The RCI Bank App has been designed to help make saving even simpler, and it’s more convenient to manage your award-winning RCI Bank savings account on the go.

Our App features include:

• Access to your accounts quickly and securely using touch ID, facial recognition or PIN to log in.
• Check your savings account balances and view your recent transaction history including interest statements.
• Make withdrawals from your savings account to your linked account.
• Update your email address, home address, and contact number
• Update your marketing preferences
• Manage your maturity options
• Request a User ID reminder
• Reset your password
• Find help in our support section.

How to register for the App:

You'll need to be an existing RCI Bank customer with an existing RCI savings account.

1. Open the App and confirm that you’re an existing customer; or open a new account if you're not an existing customer by visiting www.rcibank.co.uk.
2. Enter your online RCI Bank username and password (if you've forgotten your User ID you can request a reminder at this point);
3. Provide the requested characters from your security question;
4. Create and confirm your 6-digit app PIN;
5. Enable Touch ID, PIN or facial recognition (if supported on your device);
6. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions;
7. You can then access the app and view your savings account(s).

• The features available to you on the App are dependent on the type of account you hold with us.
• An internet connection is required to access the App. Please be mindful that data charges may apply.
• The ways in which you can use the App may be controlled by the rules and policies of the Apple app store.
