Don’t let your gym use this app

Our gym has implemented this app at some of its sites and i can only assume they didn’t realise the bad feeling it would cause. The app randomly signs you out so you are in the queue trying to rekey your email and password when you just wantto scan and enter. More importantly, by not supporting the larger fonts function on an iphone it discriminates against those of us whose eyes are not as young as they were. I now have to take my phone and my reading glasses to the gym as well as a large amount of patience due to this bad coding and poorly designed app.

Worst login experience

My gym in the UK has implemented this app and I have to say it’s the worst login experience I’ve seen. The app asks for login every time! We have to enter our credentials on multiple pages (username+club+password) and they’re not even saved properly on the phone. The access tokens only last for 1hour so we have to login to the app everytime we go to the gym. Please fix this. Use refresh tokens. This is not how apps work in 2023.

Abominable

Today the announcement to all members of our gym and tennis club is…”your recently booked classes and tennis reservations have been cancelled….you can re-book on the login portal, once the system is back up and running. We can’t book you in over the phone either.”
This was already the worst booking system in the entire world and all bad reviews seem to be ignored.
