The GoodShape app is available for all users of the GoodShape service. It is designed to make it simpler, easier, and quicker to manage absences from work and receive clinical support when unwell. Our goal is to help you get back to health, and then to work, as early and safely as possible.

Needs work

To have to enter working hours for every single day is ridiculous if they are always the same. There needs to be an option to enter multiple dates where the hours remain the same to speed this app up. Also the spelling needs a lot of work. It’s ibuprofen not ibruprofen! The medicine selection is useless - you should be able to type find and select. I gave up and didn’t bother as it didn’t find anything - maybe because I was spelling correctly…improve it to get staff to use it.

Not user friendly

Having to re-enter the working hours for days when updating to extend an absence is annoying, surely it’s stored somewhere? Just let me add days from the original fit date. And I have been unable to open the app several times, I enter login details and then it does nothing, just sits there on the GoodShape logo. Having to call in to arrange an absence and being told ‘you know it’s quicker on the app?’…..I’m sure it is, if the app worked

Pointless and annoying

This is not what you need when you’re unwell!
The last time I was reporting an absence I could just call up (although all the questions are still long winded) Now when you call you’re told you have to use the app with no other option.
Have downloaded the app and just keep getting ‘something went wrong’ messages, no matter what I do. I start work early and no other departments are open at this time for me to call to notify. Have been ringing the ‘questions about our app’ line since 6am (2 hours) with no answer.
