I cannot count the number of times I’ve had to switch from this app to another one to get something (GP details for instance) and when I switch back again after having filled out pages of details the app has reset its state and goes through the login process again meaning you’ve lost everything. Or today I just got to the end of the flow for requesting a GP, written a paragraph about my symptoms/previous treatments and get a generic “error has occurred” popup. I can’t save anything I’ve written. I can’t even click on the section I filled out with symptoms to just copy paste them to notes because the state has been reset on that text input and I can’t see anything I wrote so it’s effectively lost and I’ll have to write it all again. Add a save button and the concept of ‘in progress’ bookings or something - you can’t make people fill in big forms that are just ‘lost’ if you have a server-side issue. My takeaway from this is just to not use the app and use a browser/phone instead.

Claiming via the app is so easy. I’ve made a couple of cash plan claims and the process is so simple and straightforward. Even better, the money is in my bank account within a few days.

This app is easy to use and makes the claims process simple, my claim was paid within a few days and I can see my benefits and what is remaining easily. If you have a WPA scheme then I would recommend getting their app.
