Amazing service

Recently introduced to this app by my employer and it is excellent! Was able to get a consultation on the same day for a relatively minor issue so it’s great in terms of help being on hand for whatever your issue may be! Doctor was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this app, fantastic!

Always have issues with video appointments on the app

Generally the app is ok, it can be a bit slow to log in and load the current appointment but otherwise not bad.

My main issue, despite having no issues with my internet connection, is every time I start a video call with a consultant there are always sound problems where the sound is very distorted on both ends and we can't hear each other. I have checked my connection and it is fine but we end up having to make a phone instead for every appointment as this issue persists and has been for weeks now. Please try and fix this issue.

Incorrect information/poor support

The sound wasn’t working properly on the app so GP rang me back on the phone. He gave me a referral for another service and told me to call Help@Hand to make an appointment. I asked for the number to call. He said he didn’t have it but it would be on the policy. I rang the only number I could find for Help@Hand and they said they couldn’t make appointments at all and could not recommend any providers. That I needed to find private healthcare hospitals myself and call around. Completely different to what GP said. No help to find follow on care. I was told to speak to me employer or google it. I am left confused and disappointed.
