I’m getting on great with this app! I do not experience some of the issues that other users have, but my apartment is single-storey, so I don’t need to use multiple maps. I haven’t used the MiHome app so I can’t compare. This app is more suited to my S5 Max as it has the extra mopping functions. The no-go and no-mopping zones work great if you exercise patience when setting them up - but once done, the robot just gets on with it. The app does occasionally tell me to empty the bin, even though when I check it doesn’t need it - I guess it’s more based on usage time rather than a sensor in the device itself? I agree with one of the other reviewers that being able to name the rooms in the app would be useful. Also, I would like to be able to set a starting point and a room order when cleaning the whole apartment as my robot does 3 lower priority areas before getting to the more important rooms - which can be a pain particularly when using the mopping function. Overall, in my opinion it’s a brilliant app. Keep up the good work guys! 👍Ok, it’s a couple of days later and i’ve been having a play. I can see now, that i can set a starting point using the ‘Pin n Go’ feature which works great and totally resolves one of my little gripes re cleaning order - Brilliant! 👍😀

DEV NOTE: Please increase the amount of no-go zones (currently 10) . Please increase the amount of invisible walls (currently 10) . Please increase the amount of maps/floors (currently 4) . Please add a bin empty time/room setting like you do with washing the mop . Please update your zone spec, now 3x clean isn’t available anymore for some reason . Please add a service area on the map, which can be named, for the robot to travel to for user maintenance . Please provide settings for multi level cleaning where the dock is on a different floor, so auto empty and mop was can easily be used moving the robot across floor levels . Please add option to cancel mop washing if additional task has been added to current clean, and option to clean additional area now or after current clean. Fantastic app though, but the basics of the app (as above) never seem to be updated eg more no-go, more floor levels etc.Please add Alexa support to change modes, vac only, mop only, vac & mop or customised cleaning.

An ok app but could be vastly improved. Maybe some of the features I would like are there but it’s not intuitive. For example, I have set up some routines to run at night time everyday. However if I run a clean in the evening for whatever reason and don’t want it to run just that night, it seems I have to toggle the everyday routine off but then remember to turn it back on the next day. There is no obvious skip for one (or more) days option. Also the room mapping editor is very limited. For example we have exterior glass doors and the robot scanned through the glass and think the outside area was part of the same room. I had to split the outside into another room and manual add a do not cross line for the doors. There is no option to delete the (outside) room from the map (which looks really messy as it’s not a block shape but the room is in the shape of rays of light emanating from where the doors are). There are a few other things I would like improved such as adding extra focus to an area on a scheduled routine rather than running the robot separately (again if this is possible, it is not intuitive in this app).

App works well. The only problem is that to work with the S6 such that the robot vac is able to reconnect to your home WiFi (if it’s switched on and off over night), you cannot use any special characters within the WiFi password. So forced to change the password which offsets all smart devices also.Need the ability to name the rooms and also the ability to split a room and delete a no longer required portion of the room scan. Again common sense feature.Ability to save the floor map is missing. Find it surprising that such simple features in a app are not available.
