If you are not a member of Food on the Go please do not download and install this app, as you will not be able to log in. This app is not a replacement for the ShopandScan kit.
ShopandScan is a market research survey measuring the purchasing of households in UK and Ireland.
The survey is conducted by Kantar Worldpanel, an independent market research company based in London and part of the Kantar Group.

App does not work
Received an email to join their food on the go panel, already an shop and scan panel member for several years. This app does not work, all I get is the home screen and a message stating it failed to connect. Sort it out guys I would like to participate in the goth panel but cannot until you fix this. Others reviews saying the same as me do it’s a major flaw in the app and not just me. Shame on you.
Never had an issue
App works perfectly and always has done since I downloaded it. Takes a while to get into the habit of remembering to record your meals. I only wish there was an app to replace the clicker for food purchases would make life so much easier.
Doesn’t work
Can’t login even though I am using the correct details. This seems to have been a problem for quite some time, but still hasn’t been addressed.
