Simple, but nice
I like the simplicity, but there are 2 features that I think would make it perfect for my personal use case.
1. Markdown support
2. A way to not sync with Simplenote servers and, ideally, a way to sync between devices directly.
Pretty much perfect.
As the name of the application suggests, this is a very simple and easy to use note taking application that is very easy to get to grips with and also has a multitude of other slightly more technical "word processor" type features to use should you require them. It does everything I need it to and more, has been very reliable for the several years I have used it, is avaiable on just about every platform and offers syncing between all your devices.
Perfect note taking app
Why pay for a subscription based note taking app? This app does it all. Tagging, markdown, sync etc. It really is very good.
Would like to see more export options and the ability to import from other apps, but apart from that its excellent, and all for nothing.
Also since it has gone open source the updates keep coming.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
