The app includes explanatory videos, a digital sleep diary, continuous feedback on your progress, alarms and daytime prompts, deep relaxation procedures with an MP3 recording, and bite-sized chunks of really useful information on sleep and insomnia.

Sleep Diary

Recording sleep diary is difficult as it uses an interactive clock. Difficult to select the hour but then I can’t a way to select the minutes. Would be so much easier to type in the time manually.

Not possible to register

It’s not possible to register by any of the means I have (from the list the registration options the screen presents ). Met with either an eternally spinning in-progress ring, or a blank screen for each.
Pointed to this app by GP and a consultant, this is clearly an auto-fob-off and they can now state that the patients non-compliant (with using something that clearly is not functional). Sincerely glad I’ve not been forced to pay for this.

Unable to register

Consultant asked me to use app - cant register - contacted them via the app twice with no reply to either message. Very disappointing as the dr said it would really help with insomnia
