The best tool for the job :)

If you're looking for an all-in-one tool for helping manage your anxiety then look no further. As someone who has battled panic disorder for many years I have learned ways of coping - this app has them ALL! These are absolutely indispensable tools (for me, anyway) that have made a difference even in the throes of dreadful anxiety attacks, I was VERY impressed to find them all here. Kudos, app creators! The app also includes a wealth of information, covering very important topics I've found are often glossed over, provided in a concise and to the point way. I give this app 5 stars 👍🏻 Finally, to anyone reading this who is having a difficult time with anxiety, cliché as it often sounds, you're not alone in this, there are people out there who really understand what you're going through. I hope you're doing well today, and if you're not, take a deep breath and I hope you're soon feeling a little better :)

Very well made, excellent for continuing CBT

Have had CBT before, and this app is a fantastic companion to have for continuing good CBT habits even when time with the specialist is over.

I like that all my thoughts are in one place, that statistics are logged, and that everything I might need is here including wholesome distractions that integrate with the app itself.

I personally feel this should be recommended downloading for anyone who has ever benefitted from CBT, or simply are willing to try it to alleviate stress and anxiety at any level from normal part of life for everyone, up to crippling.

A Really Useful Tool

I really like this App. I’ve been using it almost daily for a few weeks: either the simple breathing exercise or the slightly longer meditations. I feel more relaxed and mindful every day. The App is simply designed and easy to use. It also has a CBT function for re-framing thoughts which I find helpful. I recommend this App as either an introduction to mindfulness or to someone whose looking to develop their mindfulness practice.
