The app is buggy beyond belief and always has been. Updates rarely help and anything that gets fixed gets broken again in the next update. More importantly, as said by the other reviewer, customers can’t leave tips which is a bizarre omission given that every rival app has that functionality, and the payments in general haven’t kept up with inflation. This job is fast becoming pointless.

They’re not giving customers any options to tip because they claim that their wages are higher than competitors (UberEats & Deliveroo). This used to be true back in the days when they were paying you £4.50 a minimum for a delivery. But not anymore, their prices are no different or even worse than competitors now. Also, ripping in the UK is a myth! I receive like £1 tip for 100 orders lol

They’re forcing you to do 2 orders for the price of one even though you turned off the multi drop of option. And they don’t even allow you to cancel one and take the other like Deliveroo or UberEats. Extremely dirty practices that exploits drivers and takes advantage of them.

The app itself is pathetic and mediocre! Who even works on these apps? For a multi billion company, you’d think they’ll have somewhat of a working type app. But no! There’s a always problem with the app. Even now I can’t work because I received 3 orders that weren’t getting loaded after accepting.

Lastly, cancellation fee is the thing of the past. First they make you wait like 3 mins to reply. Then they starts interrogating you by asking you to provide them with the pic of the business. Like can’t you check my map for that? Then they asks the name of the employee who told you to cancel, then they further take 5 more minutes only to tell you that you should cancel the order yourself because they don’t want to pay you the cancellation fee despite being their fault.

The app is reasonably well built. But the navigation is so frustrating that I cannot explain. I don't why the can't show simple straightforward route but always zigzag. Will always try to show some routes which closed for motor vehicles may be open for cyclists. Also the app has no ideas of road closures. Also once we accept job they shows unrealistic time to pickup location for example 2.2 miles at 5pm busy time will show 4 minutes to reach destination.

Please intigrate Google maps as reference so that this unrealistic routes get proper directions.

Shame that you can't even learn from compitetors.
