TBS: The Benefit Solution 4+

No matter how many times I have activated Face ID in the app, how many times I reset the password or save the password, I’m never able to log in. I always have to come to work and reset it through my work computer and then when I try to access it at home, it never works again. Given that I have access to my benefits choice at work, this app doesn’t solve the only problem it was supposed to solve- for employees to be able to access their benefits at home, from mobile app, when they actually have time to review the offered benefits and budget for them. In short - useless.

Never logged on to view my reward and benefits. Felt like I knew what I had and kept forgetting my password as was only communicated to once a year by my employer. Now I get push notification through at a time that makes sense to me (probably use my data to tailor the messages) and now logged on 8 times in three days as viewed my pension valuation, used the discount site for first time and registered with the new childcare/eldercare provider I didn’t know existed!

This app is just about the worst I’ve ever come across. Along with it seems the vast majority of other people I can’t even login to use it. After spending almost 2 hours changing my password, being asked to change it again (and again!!) and finally getting that accepted only for it to now not recognise my pin. The fact that so many other people have rated this is a one star tells you everything you want to know. The developers of this app, ought to be holding their heads in shame. the lack of any central help function is deplorable. Please avoid this app at all costs.
