doesn't work after a year

It's astonishing how little a company can care about an app they brazenly advertise on the website. I've just moved to a new house and during the online process I was redirected to this app multiple times with a big red button. Obviously, after pver a year, the same exact bugs and issues exist. Please hire a new app team who know what they're doing. And possibly a new graphic designer.

Won’t Open

App won’t open!! If you are one of the lucky ones can open the app, it is matter of time to face a bug. Like; while reporting an issue your messages might not be delivered, manager’ responses may look like it’s written in an alien language, can’t change your password, can’t work when you turn your phone etc. besides all of that it’s ok.
As for Foxtons, managers love postponing/stalling.

Full of bugs

Great idea to have but the App doesn’t work when you need it to, i.e when you log any tenancy issues the app doesn’t refresh, and the in app chat doesn’t work in the get help section.
No point really in having an app as everything has had to be done the old fashioned way by emailing landlords and the Agency etc.

The developer, Foxtons, has not provided details about its privacy practices and handling of data to Apple. For more information, see the developer’s privacy policy.
