*FIXED*It’s a good app however it has ALOT of bugs that need fixing

The problem has been fixed, app no longer freezes when I open certain pies in my account, emailed T212 Mid December, and the problem was fixed within the first week of the new which is greatly appreciated, now I can go back to investing

I used the app to trade and invest on my old phone(Samsung galaxy S10+) and it worked fine no problems it was smooth, recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro, however I can’t use the app properly/ if at all, as the app keeps freezing and crashing when I open certain pies in my trading investing account, I can’t open or edit them cause it’ll just freeze, major bug problem that’s need to fixed ASAP as the app is unusable if not. Tried uninstalling it etc didn’t work and I can’t edit or change/adjust them online as that function is not available yet online you can only invest through the app unfortunately. Don’t know if anyone else is having the same problem. Help is needed so I can start investing again. The app is really great easy to use and fantastic all round when it does work.

Lookking good BUT Cant use with real money

Since my friend show me the app i was so excited to use with real money, so when the day has come i tried to set up my real account and that point was when the nightmare get started! They asked my proof of ID which i uploaded, got back a message the address was not readable, then provided the new document (yesterday i resent my bank statement and an electricity bill still no answer) however a lot of people never had this issue (nobody asked any personal ID verification from them). Now i waiting for 2 weeks now (the app says 2 MINUTES) cant contact with a real customer care advisor just getting back the same automatic message which is very frustrating. I dont know why the program picked me but i start to feel some people are threaten differently than other and this is discrimination! I really hope this comment will reach the right person and my situation will turn over to positive soon!

Edit: How the application decide who is need proof of ID even before i put relevant indormation? How come for some reason some people dont even heard of proof of ID validation through the registration but some people need it from the first second? My friend just registrated without the proof of ID. How can u describe that? I contacted with Trafing 212 several times even sent my documents but still waiting. Hope soon this nightmare ends or i definitely choose a different app!

As a licensed broker, we are obligated to request specific proofs before verifying a trading account. Some of our clients' accounts are automatically verified if the filled information upon signing-up is meeting the criteria. Great platform, unhelpful customer service unfortunately

The platform itself is very easy to use. One limitation is that the profit is worked out vs an average but rather than LIFO or ability to assign netting of intraday trades, and also average traded price does not adjust for stamp duty and fx which makes it miss leading. As a result if you are doing intraday trading, p&l management will need to occur outside the platform as there’s no distinction between MTM and realised cash either.

There have been a few issues, including missing contracting notices of trading activity and clarity on amounts posted by trading 212 into my account from rights issues that they have not been able to explain the calculation for 6 weeks in counting When intraday trading with the above issues there are sometimes large gaps in reconciling positions. I have repeatedly raised this with customer service along with a few other more pressing live matters but they are slow to respond or to not come back at all with a resolution. Occasionally they come back with responses that are contradictory, which feels like “go away” or a response that is “soon as possible” instead of an SLA or estimated timeframe. This has been an issue for months with no sign of improvement which is unfortunate. It’s a shame because the platform is great to use but customer service seem to have gaps on retail investor regulatory requirements which is concerning if the platform has a material issue.
