I am a blind traveller with a guide dog and I wish to thank one of your staff at Leeds station his name is Lyndon I was travelling Thursday the 16th from Leeds to Liverpool on the 17:15 he was kind and helpful with a wonderful sense of humour and so obliging my thanks goes out to him for settling me on the train and for his politeness and professionalism I don’t think you could find a better member of staff many many thanks to him please make sure that you get a copy of this recommendation thank you Julie on my guide dog Polly

We downloaded this app so we could book our return journey from Manchester Airport to our home town, I carefully selected the date and time for our journey, had my wife check the details were correct and purchased the tickets. We were in Orlando at the time (5 hours time difference) sat in the airport waiting for our flight (making sure the flight left on time). The time we knew we booked the tickets for was 09:47 hours from the airport train station, when we collected the tickets the next morning (7.5 hour flight) the time on the tickets we collected was 14:47 hours, a difference of 5 hours!!!
Please be careful when purchasing tickets in a different time zone.

My digital tickets are not being loaded in to the TP express app for the past two weeks. I have attempted to refresh, log out and re login, reinstalling, installing in another phone. However, neither of the attempts have been fruitful. Hence I am currently using print-screens of the pdf version of the tickets, which is a hassle.
Not long ago, app stopped working out of the blue and all tickets disappeared. I had to repurchase a new ticket instead, in order to avoid arguing with the ticket inspector. When I contacted the customer service with regards to the second ticket which was purchased, I was just told “the feedback would be forwarded to relevant department”. Both the customer service with regards to app and app itself is a nightmare!!
