Tuck is a wonderful app for cashback, the gift card is a very convenient way that you could pay for nearly everything! Besides that, the customer service is outstanding! The fastest service I have ever received and it’s a real person, not a robot, who solved my problem right away! Which is a bonus! This team is also dedicated to this app by adding more brands and gift cards, which helped me earn almost £100 within two years! Love it!

Terrible experience when you cannot use the gift card

Terrible experience to use their gift card.It is the first time I tried to use Tuck app to purchase a Primark gift card. I bought the gift card and try to use it immediately in store. The shopkeeper tried several times and it didn’t work. Then is the nightmare started. I use the online chat in app to ask for a refund. Then I have been referred to another customer service center call xoxoday. They spent over a week and then said the order is now cancelled but I need to find the reward issuer for the refund. I am now still waiting for Tuck to respond.Never try to use this app ever!
