Love this App!
It’s a great concept where you don’t even have to scan anything for the cash back so you’ll never miss out.
It’s also an amazing way to support local businesses you wouldn’t necessarily know about and I’ve loved using it. Hopefully more and more businesses will get on board!
Finally customer service communication is spot on, always fix any issues you may face :)
Terrible experience when you cannot use the gift card
Terrible experience to use their gift card.
It is the first time I tried to use Tuck app to purchase a Primark gift card. I bought the gift card and try to use it immediately in store. The shopkeeper tried several times and it didn’t work. Then is the nightmare started. I use the online chat in app to ask for a refund. Then I have been referred to another customer service center call xoxoday. They spent over a week and then said the order is now cancelled but I need to find the reward issuer for the refund. I am now still waiting for Tuck to respond.
Never try to use this app ever!
Somewhat cash back
Been using the app for a while and was getting cash back. However, after a while I realized I’m only getting cash back from certain places. I regularly shop at Sainsbury’s and Aldi but I haven’t received cash back in months. Also when you try to activate the surging offers it would tell you spots available but when you do go to activate it then tells you all the spots are taken. Why have something like that where only a few people can access.
