UNIQLO UK 4+

I so love this brand and their shops. I first went into a Uniqlo store in Bellevue USA and was so delighted when they opened in Manchester UK. All the clothes are made from the highest quality fabrics etc. and made to a perfect standard. The prices are excellent as you know you are buying top quality attire. The stores are always so clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgable, always there to help if needed. Number one all time great store.

Such a disjointed app, it prompts you to log in but when you start searching for products you’re taken to an online browser within the app that doesn’t really keep you signed in.

Menus are all over the place because you’re half in a browser, half in an app.

The email notifications are dreadful, they send you an email after you’ve used the app to say “did you see something you liked?” This isn’t the “promotions” promised by downloading the app. I’ve applied for two of the sampling offers and not for lucky. There isn’t really any benefit from having the app as you just get bombarded with emails you can’t turn off. I want to see when there’s a sale or new items come in, not get an email when I close the app.

I have no issue with Uniqlo’s products and services - the clothes are great value for money and arrive as expected. The app is awful however. As other users have raised, it frequently freezes halfway through transactions, forcing you to use the browser version instead. When viewing items, you can only enlarge at least two images of the item, then it becomes unresponsive. If you want to view all the images of items, you have to re-open the item page multiple times as you only get two attempts to view images. It’s pretty infuriating and surprising that such a clunky UI is being used by such a reliable brand.
