Despite complying multiple times, transfers kept getting delayed or stalled due to claims of “incomplete verification.”What is most alarming is that this happened repeatedly. Documents were resubmitted several times, yet there was no resolution, no transparency, and no accountability.This raises very serious concerns:• Poor operational efficiency• Extremely weak customer support• Lack of transparency• Serious questions around data security and customer privacyAs an overseas customer, I find this deeply troubling.
