The Workplace Chat app lets you keep in touch with your colleagues, wherever you are. Simply sign in to your existing account, or create one from scratch in the app itself.
Using messaging tools that your teams are already familiar with, Workplace Chat lets you:
- send messages to individual colleagues, or have group conversations;
- share unlimited files, photos and videos;
- make voice and video calls from anywhere in the world;
- turn on "Do not disturb" when you're busy or away from work.
Workplace Chat is ad-free and totally separate from Facebook and Messenger, making it easier to balance your work and private lives.

Fantastic tool for communication with our team, we have created several chat groups for our different departments which works brilliantly when you need to get an important message across.
Reinstall mania
To access pictures my colleagues have sent or to even send my own messages I have to reinstall the app on average twice a bloody week. Some of my colleagues have the same issue- no matter if we are connected to networks at home or work, or using a VPN or not. Ridiculous.
As someone who uses messenger a lot, workchat is a fairly great app that, when it works, is simple to use and gets the job done for businesses. Easily a 5/5 if they could just sort out this annoying bug.

I found the task at hand to use a temporary token to log in would be a long process- so when Rory guided me with clear instructions I followed them.
My one suggestion would be to add the word ‘temporary token’ once a pin has been chosen
