Easy to use, useful!
I work part time for deliveroo and love how easy it is to use Zego for insurance. Every time I’m working I’m covered and I don’t have to worry about it. App itself is so easy to use too!

Not to recommend / overcharging
Brilliant, now I understand why people complain about overcharging!!!
I used this company only for a week, still regretting. I paid them over £50 for less then 30h worked.
What they say over the phone about how they charge is not how they real charge you. I still don’t understand how they charge as even the answer with a drawing that they sent doesn’t make sense.
After closing my account and complaining for being charged outside my working hours, they offered me a good will £5 credit in Zego app, how funny is that? That shows how much attention they offer to complaints.
Decided to look in the market and for my surprise, all the other insurances companies gave me with SD and business less with at least £80 per month then only Zego add-on.
I saw comments that you can work for multiple companies in the same time and paying just one insurance, that is available for any company and in all honesty, how can you work for Uber and deliveroo in the same time? That is brain damaging to get the max out of everything.
I am real disappointed of the services provided by this company and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, unless they have a pleasure in getting ridiculous charges and overcharges.
No need to respond with generics Zego, you already did it through my complaint.

Over charging me and force me to do so
This company is over charging me by adding wrong hours and extra time and made me force the hours I work from my company I was working for despite telling them they got issues with there system I was forced to pay an increase price and no cap plus over charging me and adding hours I was told by the company to send in stuff when I should not be having the stress of this stuff they always been overcharging me from the very start
Thinking of different alternatives when this year insurance runs out hell no am I joining their insurance policies especially with the stress I have experienced after long days of work
